How Do I order?
You can order in 3 different ways:
- by using our online shopping cart
- by sending us an email
- by giving us a call.
How Do I pay?
There are two ways of paying:
- By using
your debit or credit card. (The web site uses powerful SSL encryption that would
ensure security with your details.)
- -By sending us a cheque using a printable order form. ((British Sterling
pounds (£) only)
How do you calculate postage and packing?
The Cost of delivery will be added to your order, and is based strictly
on the weight. Prices may fluctuate in accordance to changes made by Royal
Mail/Parcel Force and packing costs. We use only the best packing materials
to ensure that your gifts arrive in pristine condition
UK Mainland and Northern Ireland Delivery charges
For UK Mainland and Northern Ireland Customers you have the option to choose Standard Parcel or Special Delivery by 1.00 pm The difference being that the greater insurance value and the guarantee of delivery the next working day before 1.00pm, we would recommend Special Delivery.
International Shipping
Farm Yard Gifts will ship products almost anywhere in the world. However,
to insure the best possible international shipping rate for orders over 2 kgs, a customer service specialist
will need to calculate the best possible shipping options and charges for you. In order to have
an international shipping rate quoted, please complete the order process
for your product selection. You will not be billed. Upon receipt of your
order, Farmyard Gifts customer service specialist will contact you via
e-mail within 24 hours with your shipping options and their corresponding charges. Once notified
of the exact shipping charges, you can then proceed
with your order. Please note that some products are not available to be shipped
internationally.
Deliver By Date
If you do not wish to have your order dispatched immediately, you can
enter a Deliver By Date in the order comments box. We will dispatch your order 2/3 working days
prior to the date entered. This means that the recipient is likely, but
not guaranteed, to receive their parcel a day prior to the date specified.
The specified date must be at least two whole working days from the day
on which the completed order is submitted.
Return and exchange
Total customer satisfaction and dedication to the TQM (Total Quality Management)
system is our goal. To achieve this goal, we are happy to offer a full
refund on all products returned within 30 days of the date the item was
dispatched. However, returned items must be in the same condition when
they were dispatched.
All items
properly returned under this policy are eligible for a full refund. The
full purchase price minus dispatch and handling will be credited to the
same form of payment used for the original purchase.
Here is the
simple process for returning an item to the presents:
1. Contact
a customer service specialist by either calling 01773 820269 or e-mailing
us sales@farmyardgifts.co.uk Our
customer service hours are Monday – Saturday 8.30 a.m. – 8.00
p.m. Upon authorisation, you will receive instructions on where to send
the return merchandise.
2. In addition to the product, please include your order number, name,
contact information (phone and e-mail) and the reason you are returning
the product.
3. Please return by the carrier designated
4. It takes us approximately five days to process your refund once the
item is back in our possession; we will notify you of the status of your
return by e-mail
What do I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged?
Farmyard Gifts is committed to providing excellent customer service support.
If your order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged, please contact us via
e-mail or call us 01773 820269. Any item which does not give complete
satisfaction may be returned within 10 days of receipt providing it is
returned in it’s original condition. A refund will be given for
the cost of the goods only, less a 10% handling charge.
What payments do you acccept?
We can accept payment online via debit and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Switch)
or you can post us a cheque/postal order made payable to : Mr G Lambert
and fill in the online order sheet.)
Do you accept American Express?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Euro Card and other cards. Unfortunately,
our merchant service does not accept American Express or Diners Club.
Is my credit card safe with you?
The form uses powerful SSL encryption. All your private data will be encrypted
at all times whilst in transit over the internet. You should see a solid
padlock in your browser status bar, which indicates that the encryption
is taking place and you are using a very secure page.
How will I know when my order has been confirmed?
You will receive an automatic e-mail after you place your order. We will
then e-mail you to confirm details and that the item is in stock.
This will usually be the next working day after you place your order.
Our usual office hours are Monday to Saturday 8:30am to 8pm.
What should I do if I have made a mistake in my order?
Please send an e-mail or call us as soon as possible, and we should be
able to sort it out. Your card will not be charged until we have proccessed
the order.
Data Protection Act (Privacy Policy)
In order to comply with the Data Protection Act, please note that customers
names & addresses are kept on a secure database. These are only used
for the purposes of keeping in contact with customers and are not passed
to third parties under any circumstance. However, if you have any objection
to your details being stored on a computer list, please inform us.
Minimum Order
We buy in bulk to keep our prices down. In order to keep up with costs,
we have set a minimum order of £5.00 (GBP) per
purchase.
