Farm Yard Gifts ships products worldwide. However,
if you wish to use a special courier service or surface mail other than our standard shipping service, a customer service specialist
will need to calculate the best possible shipping options and charges for you. In order to have
an international shipping rate quoted, please complete the order process
for your product selection. You will not be billed. Upon receipt of your
order, a Farm Yard Gifts customer service specialist will contact you via
e-mail within 24 hours with the available shipping options and their corresponding charges. Once notified
of the exact shipping charges, you can then proceed
with your order. Please note that some products are not available to be shipped
internationally.
Returns
and Exchange
Total customer satisfaction is our goal. To achieve this goal, we give a full
refund on cost of products returned within 14 days of purchase as long as returned items are in their original condition
.
All items
properly returned under this policy are eligible for a full refund of the cost of the product only. The
full purchase price minus dispatch and handling will be refunded in cheque form.
Here is the
simple process for returning an item :
1. Contact
us by either calling 01773 820269 or e-mail us at
sales@farmyardgifts.co.uk.
Our customer service hours are Monday – Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00
p.m. Upon authorisation, you will receive instructions on where to send
the returned merchandise.
2. In addition to the product, please include your name,
contact information (phone and e-mail) and the reason for returning
the product.
3. Please return the item to the followingg address: M R Keates, c/o Farmyard Gifts, 2 Short Street, Belper, Derbyshire, DE56 1JU
4. It takes us approximately five days to process your refund once the
item is back in our possession; we will notify you of the status of your
return by e-mail
What
do I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged?
Farm Yard Gifts is committed to providing excellent customer service support.
If your order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged, please contact us via
e-mail or call us 01773 820269. A customer service specialist will deal with your concern and provide a solution or option. Incorrect and damaged goods are replaced as soon as the original items are returned back to us. Incomplete orders are rectified within 24 hours to 3 working days upon notification.
